Customized Training Programs

Training and Development provides a large variety of in-house training programs each month to further develop the competencies state executives, managers, supervisors and staff need to help them be successful in their jobs.

All of our classes are competency based training sessions typically focusing on one or two central themes, or development areas (competencies). This allows us to devote the time you spend with us in each of our classes on a specific need. And it allows you to make an informed decision about what class is right for you.

A large number of our workshops are a half-day in length; and a few are a day or two.
